Jacob and I have been working hard all day making a rap about Powermove. Powermove is a distribution company which distributes the Octavio in Australia. After giving them a call to see where the Octavio is stocked, we were inspired to make a rap about them. The style is very reminiscent of our friends the Funkadelic Fret Fathers (an Adelaide rap duo). Hope you enjoy it. Here it is.
Greetings one and all. Jamie here, returned from the Middleton sun and shore. Jacob came home a bit earlier than me and remixed an Octavio interview to create a promotional video. The interview came from on10.com and was done by Duncan. This is Wholesale Meat Media’s first real media creation for VAF. The spectacularly corny new-age soundtrack was created by Jacob himself. Check it out on his blog, or on youtube. Please enjoy, and buy an Octavio as a result!
Be on the lookout for more media creations soon (eg podcast, themetunez)
Until then, my sincere regards.

Greets, all. Not so long ago Jacob and I recorded our friends’ band Terminus. For those of you who knew the mighty grunge band Sounds of Dentage – Terminus is the same singer and drummer, but with a different bass player. Anyway, the reason I’m posting about it is that we used the Octavio as a monitor. Jacob really did all of the recording work, but I managed to get some snaps from the day, including some of the Octavio in action. It was in action alright, but also tucked away quite conveniently.
To hear the recordings of Terminus (I would recommend a listen or two), go to their myspace.
Until next time, my sincere regards as always.
